Leon founded CasaConecta after spending his first year in Nazaré observing what foreign property owners were struggling with — and where the local market was falling short.
His background is in operations and team leadership, running large service-delivery teams for over three decades. He now brings that same discipline to holiday home management: reliable communication, standards that hold up, and a personal point of contact who actually answers the phone.
Based in Nazaré full-time and married to a Portuguese national, Leon works with a small portfolio so every owner gets direct attention.
English and Afrikaans-speaking, with an international client base spanning South Africa, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and, increasingly, the United States.
