Leon founded CasaConecta after spending his first year in Nazaré observing what foreign property owners were struggling with — and where the local market was falling short.
His background is in operations and team leadership, running large service-delivery teams for over three decades. He now brings that same discipline to holiday home management: reliable communication, standards that hold up, and a personal point of contact who actually answers the phone.
Amanda runs everything behind the scenes — the owner portal, the reporting and the systems that keep each property's bookings, costs and maintenance in one place. If you log into it or get a report from it, she built it.
Between them, one is on the ground and one is across the detail. Both are based in Nazaré full-time, and they work with a small portfolio so every owner gets direct attention.
